I’ve seen the DB’s a number of times in concert and I have the DVD Live at Wolf Trap and you are hard pressed to find better guitar players both on acoustic and electric than Pat,Tom,And John.The Hawaiin slat key duo of Pat and John, one of the many great tracks not only on the CD but the DVD.Also Tom’s acoustic playing is a big reason why The Doobies are my favorite group and have been down through the dating back to the beginning.Should be in the Rock HOF.

  6. The first time I saw you play live was a video of your farewell concert.My wife and I have been performing our duo here in Las Vegas for 20 years!! You really got my attention when you performed the acoustic duo!! Thankyou for showing me how to play such a awesome song infront of such a large audience. Bravo!! You inspired me to setup my marshall head sideways!! Now I enjoy playing my Mesa Boogie amps. Keep on rocking!! Love your sound and playing style!!! Thankyou!
